Key Responsibilities:
- The Shift Supervisor must lead safety practices and enforce company values.
- Manage shift operations, including staff, production, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and address performance issues.
- The Shift Supervisor must develop and motivate team members, ensuring effective communication.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other Shift Supervisors for smooth production handovers.
- The Shift Supervisor must facilitate staff training and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace and manage resources efficiently.
Requirements:
- The Shift Supervisor must hold a High School diploma or some college. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
- Proven track record in safety, productivity, and quality improvements.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- The Shift Supervisor must manage multiple priorities, with strong leadership and customer focus
- Must be flexible to work in ALL shifts including nights/ weekends
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
