RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Sr HR Generalist will conduct new hire onboarding and orientations.
  • Coach managers and employees on correct company policy interpretation.
  • Ensure compliance in accordance with local, state and federal employment requirements.
  • Manage all unemployment claims.
  • Manage leave of absences including communication with the leave management provider while informing employees of their ADA rights etc.
  • Accurately and timely enter data into payroll systems software and HRIS.
  • Educate leadership and associates on proper resources and people practices as the subject matter expert.
  • The Sr HR Generalist will investigate and resolve all issues of  employee relations.
  • Provide support to leaders and employees on all HR matters.
  • Oversee the pre-employment assessments, pre-screening and in person interviews.
  • Assists hiring managers with interviewing when necessary.
  • Ensure all benefit enrollments are entered in HRIS accurately and timely.
  • Educate all involved parties on worker’s compensation benefits when needed.
Salary Range: Up to $70,000 (DOE)

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required.
  • The Sr HR Generalist will have at least 5 years of experience.
  • HR Certifications are preferred.
  • Knowledge of ATS and HRIS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites and HR related software
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to all HR functions.
  • Able to resolve issues using proper and consistent HR practices, policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
  • Posses integrity and professionalism along with strict confidentiality.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills.
