Responsibilities:
- The Stability Program Leader will lead the program on all company products.
- Prepare protocols and ensure FDA & ICH requirements are being met and customer satisfaction is being exceeded.
- Ensure samples are collected from production in a timely manner, stored appropriately, and tested for quality and specifications.
- The Stability Program Leader will oversee tested samples and outside storage when needed.
- Conduct Annual product reviews and interpret, review and document data on reports.
- Prepare reports to have final review and approval.
- Lead the review meetings related to the current program.
- Monitor all chambers onsite to make sure all conditions meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
- Assist the Production Data Analyst in the Annual product reviews and help train the Analysts in the important details of the Stability program.
- Carry out other projects or duties required by management.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science preferred.
- Knowledge of Minitab Statistical Analysis.
- Must have 5 years of experience in a cGMP environment/ Manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret business journals, government regulations (FDA), and technical procedures.
- Must have great decision making and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong project management, planning and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of MS word, Excel, Power Point, Minitab, and Google suite.
