Responsibilities:
- Assist in compilation of B/S, P&L, GL accounts, other accounting processes and financial closing process
- Assists with annual audit by preparing financial information and supporting schedules
- Accounts Receivable - Invoice Processing, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring all documentation on each customer is updated.
- Apply accounting policies and principles to properly record, report and maintain financial data.
- BS Degree in Accounting
- Manufacturing Industry
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
- Preparation of the monthly credit memo summary report
- US GAAP
- Assists with special projects and analysis as requested.
- Excellent financial analysis skills
