RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Staff Accountant will be responsible for General Ledger accounts and reports.
- Analyze and review financial statements.
- Prepares monthly presentations and reports with finance teams from other locations.
- Prepares annual reporting of operating costs.
- Prepares financial analysis such as graphs and narratives.
- Identifies room for improvement by providing analytical and reporting financial results to senior management.
- Develop and implement financial models.
- Maintain financial databases.
- Build financial projections and models.
- Partner with other operations teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office
- Must have strong knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
- Cost Accounting experience required.
- Billing/AR and deferred revenue experience is a must.
