RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including the creation of journal entries.
- Conducting monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in inventory balances and fixed assets.
- Independently preparing and validating internal management reports to ensure completeness and precision.
- Collaborating with department personnel to gather necessary explanations and support for account balances.
- Managing pricing and costing for house packages, including new homes and modifications to existing ones.
- Calculating and tracking rebates, ensuring contracts are reviewed and earned rebates are properly collected.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy in work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
