RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze large data sets and create impactful reports to guide sourcing and operational strategies.
- Collaborate with suppliers to identify and implement performance improvements.
- Develop cost-saving strategies for clinical labs and supplies.
- Craft compelling presentations for senior leadership.
- Manage the deployment of Procure to Pay solutions for lab spend ($140M+ annually), including workflow design and KPI development.
- Lead purchasing events and negotiate supplier contracts and terms.
- Play a key role in driving departmental decisions and enhancing overall performance by partnering with suppliers and internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Macros, xlookups, IF statements, and PivotTables) and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and develop KPIs to measure business outcomes.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and problem-solving.
