Job Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers.
- Drive sales and manage growing new accounts within assigned territory.
- Travel overnight every other week to expand client base.
- Helping both new and existing clients troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Represent company products and services.
- Conduct regular sales calls to existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
- Promote products and services to industrial businesses.
- Assess customer needs and expectations to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Take measurements and interpret system reports.Â
- B2B sales, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
- Follow safety protocols and understand operating and maintenance manuals.
- Provide accurate solutions to customers.
- Prepare accurate, detailed quote requests for the estimating team.
- Ensure orders are placed and delivered on time and are aligned with customer expectations.
- Report on weekly activity and progress.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- 50% travel to regions such as New Jersey, Long Island, and New England.
- Minimum 5 years in an outside sales role.Â
- Experience with B2B sales.
- Minimum 5 years within an industrial/manufacturing role.
- Experience working with customers to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to prepare quote estimates.
