RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for assisting end user services within the manufacturing industry
- Will travel to nearby sites a few times weekly to provide support
- Ensure that all IT systems in the area are correctly operating
- Manage 3rd party vendors
- Understands IT Troubleshooting, Microsoft Products and Applications and Apple MAC products,
- Support end users with any IT requests, incidents, and provide assistance on applications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer Science Degree or related
- 3+ years of experience of IT support that is end user facing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and products
- SAP End User GUI, VMWare or Hyper-V, Cisco, ERP, Service Now, and manufacturing environment experience preferred
