RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Telemarketer Inside Sales Officer will initiate sales calls to restaurants to partner with the firm.
- Will be making cold calls, to a minimum of 60 calls a day.
- Must have knowledge about the company policies, product and ideologies to start generating interest and subsequently sales to qualifying prospects.
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and inbound lead follow-up
- The Telemarketer Inside Sales Officer must make call preparation including company background research.
- Must maintain consistent activity throughout the day through calls and e-mails.
- Must update and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The Telemarketer Inside Sales Officer must be a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have at least 1-3 years of sales experience or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The Telemarketer Inside Sales Officer must multi-task and organize.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
