RESPONSIBILITIES:
- A key contributor to the sales team's lead generation.
- Make phone calls to prospective and current clients to let them know about the goods, services, and deals their business has to offer.
- Answering calls from potential customers.
- Manage high volume of calls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Perceptive, sympathetic, and an engaged listener.
- You have natural sales abilities and can handle rejection.
- Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of telemarketing or inside sales experience is very advantageous.
- Strong oral communication abilities and quick thinking.
- Superb follow-up abilities and organization.
- Proficiency with Word and Outlook; familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel CRM, and the internet.
