RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review test data
- Identify upcoming trends to initiate project improvements
- Troubleshoot failures
- Conduct root cause investigations
- Conduct Installation and process qualifications of test equipment
- Cultivate new test equipment for manufacturing Develop equipment for full scale manufacturing
- Create, review and organize testing programs and data
- Maintain existing preventive maintenance programs
- Write new preventative maintenance programs for test equipment
- Maintain awareness of spare parts inventory
- Redefine existing procedures for testing equipment
- Document test equipment deviations
- Identify and implement new automated solutions
- Assist with R&D projects
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required
- Ideal Test Engineer III will have minimum 3 years’ experience
- Experience with LabView
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and 5S
- Experience testing electromechanical systems
- Knowledge of testing procedures for automated equipment
- Willing to take a drug screen and complete a background check
