- Monitor production output to meet quality and quantity targets, and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes aligned with company objectives, and supervise a team of production workers
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels to support production needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual Spanish a must
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role with excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques, ability to analyze data, and familiarity with quality control principles.
