RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to perform periodic maintenance of utilities equipment.
- Responsible for HVAC, water system and Boiler area day to day activities & take care of operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate any modification activities as per upgradation requirement based on observation or guideline needs.
- Must be able to perform manufacturing and facility equipment maintenance, installations and repairs as needed.
- Must complete emergency repairs as needed.
- Must complete preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems as established in department procedures and audits and required by regulatory agencies.
- Must coordinate the services of outside vendors when necessary. Identify existing and potential operational problems and inefficiencies and recommend resolutions.
- Must assist in developing and maintaining required documentation including but not limited to blueprints, plans, and permits according to Company SOP's and the requirements of external parties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience as a Utility Supervisor.
- Must be able to read/interpret Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Diagrams.
- Must have knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations. general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
- Must have proficiency with repair tools and techniques.
- Certificate in Black Seal High Pressure Boiler Operation preferred.
