Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team by providing guidance and recommendations to meet business goals for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Set pricing strategies and sales incentives for new and existing communities.
  • Drive process improvements across both the sales and production teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to drive operations, ensuring the achievement of key objectives and business goals.
  • Partner with Finance to analyze land proformas and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local land developers, homebuilders, industry consultants, and key contractors.
  • Oversee the development, tracking, and successful completion of construction schedules for various product lines, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, safety protocols, materials, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, evaluation, training, and development of a high performing, engaged sales and production team.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to manage profit/loss and contribute to the development and execution of annual budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects to shape and refine new home designs.
  • As the company expands, contribute to the development, implementation, and execution of standard operating procedures and new strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
  • 7+ years’ experience with a residential homebuilder company
  • Ability to manage both sales and production.
  • A strong results-oriented mindset and high motivation.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities.
  • Skilled in fostering teamwork and promoting collaboration.
  • Experience training and developing team members.
