Responsibilities:
- The Parking Valet Manager is responsible for overseeing service standards and 20+ staff members
- Oversee valet logs and reports during shifts
- Handle scheduling, training, plannings and managing activities of employees
- Speak with customers, drive, park, and retrieve vehicles
- Evaluate vehicles condition and note existing blemishes
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Parking Valet Manager/Supervisor required
- Must have a valid Driver’s license, and able to operate automatic and manual vehicles
- 5+ years of valet experience
- Ability to be flexible on schedule to meet operational needs
- Excellent customer service skills
