RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure vendor operations align with organizational goals.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by creating contingency plans and staying informed about market trends.
- Partner with senior leadership to align procurement strategies with overall business goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Act as the main point of contact for vendor negotiations, resolving issues, and managing contracts.
- Develop, implement, and oversee effective vendor evaluation and management processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines throughout the supply chain.
- Lead sourcing projects to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
- Evaluate vendor performance data and implement improvement strategies when needed.
- Up to 25% of travel is required.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
- Must have 5 years’ purchasing experience.
- ERP software experience.
- Experience within accounting software desired.
- Must have clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
