  • Proficient in managing SAP and running daily schedule reports.
  • Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or other stock items and distributing items to shipping or designated route driver storage areas.
  • Ensuring required materials for customer orders are requested well in advance to enable timely and complete shipping
  • Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed between warehouses.
  • Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
  • Share with the sales team the goals, deadlines, and deliverables of the campaign, along with usage and promotion guidelines.
  • Capable of processing daily customer orders.
  • Sorting and building orders for loads (pool loads), adding Pro-stickers for carriers, and creating a daily schedule based on TMS/SAP.
  • Receiving drivers, matching pick-up numbers, assigning drivers to doors, or scheduling waiting times based on the current schedule.
  • Setting appointments with carriers 24-48 hours in advance.
  • Maintaining accurate records of files, old orders, and all types of inbound or delivery paperwork/Bills of Lading.
  • Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed using SAP, Excel, and Word.
  • Assisting in physical inventory counting.
  • Weighing and counting items for distribution within the plant to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Performing facilities maintenance duties as needed.
  • Completing requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
  • Preparing parcels for mailing.
  • Sweeping, dusting, and mopping the work area.
  • Organizing the warehouse and work area for orderliness.
  • Wearing proper safety equipment.

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GEC.
  • Must have 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Must have SAP experience.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word,
