Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating unloading of inbound shipments, picking, and staging of product, and picking and staging of outbound shipments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, understanding their requirements and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize workflow, minimize operational costs, and improve overall productivity.
- Review materials and finished products to ensure conformance to established standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and recommend development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Must have 7-10 years of leadership experience and extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices of warehousing and distribution center operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and WMS applications.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
- Outstanding communication ability.
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
