Responsibilities:
- Assist in various core operations within the fulfillment center
- Will help support the Warehouse Manager in supervising a team of associates
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting operational challenges
- Will handle core responsibilities such handling picking, packing, product intake, return handling, and new product operations as need
- Constantly collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on a daily basis.
- Help in identifying and resolving process bottlenecks
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of operational metrics
- Provide and execute suggestions to streamline warehouse processes
- Collaborate on initiatives related to system automation and integration
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required
- Experience in Warehouse Operations
- Has 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or similar roles, with a preference for those who have held assistant or supervisory roles within a warehouse environment
- Previously worked for an IT or e-commerce organization is a plus
- Strong leadership, organization and communication skills
- A keen understanding of process optimization
- Robust problem-solving abilities
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work both with a team and as a individual
- Independently and as part of a team
