RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Warehouse Manager must work directly with the leadership team to define warehousing strategies and solutions.
- Must create operational plans to reduce expenses and existing output at current locations.
- Must take care of activities, policies, and practices to meet or exceed key performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
- Must ensure new initiatives and other programs are implemented as planned.
- Must ensure all the warehouse employees are trained properly and job duties are assigned appropriately.
- Responsible for hiring and training warehouse employees.
- Must coordinate with Human Resources as to the development of all employees.
- Must ensure that facilities are maintained at the highest level of sanitation and layout.
- Must ensure that everything is following regulatory requirements; with local, state, federal agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager in Food Manufacturing.
- Must be great in using MS Office applications, reporting, analysis, and presentations software.
