Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve operational practices
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business
- Review financial information
- Shipping/receiving, inventory control, and materials handling
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflows
- Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
- Confirms that health and safety regulations are followed
- Manage procurement processes
- Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
- Previous experience in operations or other related fields
- Warehouse Environment
- Assist with inventory
- Shipping/receiving, inventory control, and materials handling
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflows
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment is a plus
- Follow and enforce all OSHA safety regulations.
- Forklift, reach truck and pallet jack certified
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
